Find the requested medicine
Once the precription has been scanned, the software calls back
the product, the reference drawer pre-opens
and lights up, allowing you to identify immediately
the required medicine.
In this way ISYTech returns to the pharmacists of the time
to dialogue with customers and to create new
loyalty and sell-out opportunities.
How does it work

Scan the prescription
The pharmacist scans the prescription
or calls the required medicine on the PC.
ISYTech receives the request
of the drug through the
management and identifies its position inside the drawers.

The drawer lights up
and pre opens
The drawer with the product
requested pre-opens,
illuminating the handle
in the color matched
by the operator.
3.
Collect the product
Products are taken from
chest of drawers and delivered
to the client.
4.
Close the prescription
After closing the prescription,
ISYTech, interacting with the
management of the pharmacy, updates the stock of warehouse.

Product delivery becomes a simple and fast operation,
giving the pharmacist time to talk with customers,
creating new sales opportunities.
The software
ISYTech also works thanks to ISYBox, the software platform that provides continuous and real time diagnostics and monitoring
which returns precise indices on the exploitation of space
of the drawers and their use.
Monitoring system
With the ISYTech software platform,
refueling becomes a simple operation.
The pharmacist will receive notifications in real time
of understock and out-of-stock products in the chest of drawers.
Drawers heatmap
Indicates the most used drawers (warm colors),
and those with less access (cold colors),
allowing to speed up customer service with
better distribution of drugs in the chest of drawers.
Stock report
It will be possible to have the exact storage of the products
inside ISYTech thanks to a precise and downloadable report.

Refueling becomes a simple and fast operation
thanks to the software platform that reports the exact

VIOLA has chosen to engage in the use of products from sources
sustainable and, with the will to create an ultra-silent instrument,
has selected a material made of 100% recycled plastic bottles
which also guarantees maximum protection against thermal shocks.
All ISYTech panels are therefore prepared for the insertion of ours
sound-absorbing material, to make the chest of drawers an instrument with even more comfort and performance.
